General Description
Annual. Stems prostrate to ascending, 10–30 cm. Herbage villous, glandular in the inflorescence, scented. Leaf blades deltoid in outline, 4–10 cm wide, palmately divided into 3 or 5 deeply twice-lobed leaflets. Flowers: sepals 5–6 mm long; petals ca. 12 mm long, rose; fertile stamens 5. Capsule 2–3 cm long including the style column (Lesica et al. 2012. Manual of Montana Vascular Plants. BRIT Press. Fort Worth, TX).
