General Description
Taprooted, forming loose to dense mats. Stems prostrate to ascending, 1–6 cm, glabrous or glandular above. Leaves stiff, linear, thinly white-margined, 4–12 mm long, glabrous to glandular, tangled-villous at the base and along the margins. Flowers solitary; calyx tangled-villous, sometimes glandular, 4–8 mm long with flat intercostal membranes; corolla white to bluish, the tube 6–11 mm long, lobes 3–7 mm long; style 2–5 mm long (
