General Description
Perennial. Stems erect, simple or branched, 12–50 cm. Herbage puberulent. Leaves linear-lanceolate, 3–6 cm long, mostly entire. Inflorescence glandular-puberulent to villous; bracts yellow-tipped, lanceolate with 1 to 3 pairs of narrow lateral lobes, shorter than the galea. Flowers: calyx 14–22 mm long, primary clefts ca. equal, ultimate lobes acute to acuminate, 1–3 mm long; corolla 16–25 mm long, galea 4–8 mm long, lower lip 3–5 mm long (Lesica 2012.
