General Description
Mat-forming, gray-tomentose perennial from a branched caudex. Flowering stems ascending, 4-20 cm. Leaves all basal, long-petiolate, the blades oblanceolate to spatulate, 1-3 cm long. Inflorescence capitate; bracts scale-like; involucres tomentose, 3-5 mm long with 5 erect lobes. Flowers 1-3 mm long, white or rose, cup-shaped; tepals pubescent, similar in shape; stamens exserted.
