Leaves long-petiolate with 3 leaflets 15–25 mm long, glabrate; the lateral ones divided almost to the base, giving 5 narrowly obovate segments. Flowers solitary, long-stalked from stem tips; hypanthium 1–2 mm long, glabrate; sepals narrowly lanceolate, ciliate, 7–12 mm long; petals white, 6–8 mm long, spreading.
