General Description
Stems 15–60 cm. Leaves 4–12 cm long, often folded. Inflorescence a simple, often zig-zag raceme with 3 to 12 flowers. Flowers: tepals 3–5 mm long; stamens shorter and narrower than tepals. Berry green with dark longitudinal stripes, 5–12 mm long (Lesica et al. 2012. Manual of Montana Vascular Plants. BRIT Press. Fort Worth, TX).
