General Description
Stems 15–60 cm. Leaves 3–10 cm long, short-hairy below, glabrous above; the margins glabrous or with spreading hairs. Flowers: tepals 8–12 mm long, linear-oblanceolate; ovary papillose. Berry 8–14 mm long, rounded on top, bumpy (Lesica et al. 2012. Manual of Montana Vascular Plants. BRIT Press. Fort Worth, TX).
