General Description
Stems erect, usually simple,10–30 cm. Herbage glandular-puberulent. Leaves linear to linear-oblanceolate, entire, 2–4 cm long. Inflorescence bracts light green, lanceolate with a pair of linear lobes, glandular. Flowers: calyx 5–8 mm long, lobes 2–4 mm long, those adjacent to the galea longer; corolla 10–15 mm long, yellow, galea 3–5 mm long, upper lip hooked and projecting beyond the lower lip.
