General Description
Stems erect, 5–30 cm, simple. Herbage puberulent. Basal leaf blades 2–7 cm long. Inflorescence 2–10 cm long; bracts lanceolate. Flowers: calyx 2-lobed, 2–4 mm long, densely septate-puberulent, not fully enclosing the ovary; stamens purple, 5–10 mm long. Capsule 3–5 mm long, globose, wider than long (
