General Description
Rhizomatous perennial. Stems erect, branched, 40–80 cm. Herbage glabrate. Leaves linear, cuspidate, 1–3 cm long, in whorls of 6 to 10; margins revolute. Inflorescence a dense, elongate cymose panicle; pedicels 1–2 mm long. Flowers yellow; corolla 2–4 mm across. Mericarp ca. 1 mm long, glabrous (Lesica et al. 2012. Manual of Montana Vascular Plants. BRIT Press. Fort Worth, TX).
