General Description
Rhizomatous perennial. Stems ascending to erect, branched, 30–100 cm. Herbage sparsely scabrous on stems and leaf margins. Leaves oblanceolate, cuspidate, 1–3 cm long, in whorls of 6 to 8. Inflorescence an oppositely-branched, open, cymose panicle; pedicels 2–3 mm long. Flowers: corolla ca. 2 mm across. Mericarp ca. 1 mm long, glabrous (Lesica et al. 2012. Range Comments
Broadwater, Missoula counties. Commonly introduced in eastern North America, sporadic in the west; native to Eurasia (Lesica et al. 2012. Manual of Montana Vascular Plants. BRIT Press. Fort Worth, TX).
