General Description
Taprooted annual. Stems erect, 5–30 cm, simple or branched at the base. Herbage strigose, sparsely hispid. Leaves basal and cauline; basal blades oblanceolate, entire to lobed below, 1–6 cm long; cauline leaves more deeply lobed, reduced upward. Flowers white; hypanthium15–30 mm long, sepals 15–25 mm long; petals 15–40 mm long; stigma lobes 5–7 mm long. Capsule spreading to erect, linear, obscurely 4-angled, 15–30 mm long, sparsely hispid (
