General Description

Stems 2–6 cm. Leaves 2–8 mm long, the blade linear-oblong to narrowly elliptic with blunt or notched tips. Flowers 1–2 mm across; sepals 3; petals 3; stamens 3. Capsule 3-celled. Seeds straight or gently curved, with 18 to 27 pits in 8 to 10 rows (Lesica et al. 2012. Manual of Montana Vascular Plants. BRIT Press. Fort Worth, TX).
