General Description
Glabrous to sparsely hairy annual or biennial. Stems erect, to decumbent, 7–40 cm. Basal leaves pinnate, 2–7 cm long with oblong to narrowly ovate leaflets, margins dentate. Stem leaves with narrower lateral leaflets, not all distinctly petiolate. Petals 2–4 mm long. Fruits ascending to erect, 10–25 mm long, ca. 1 mm wide, the beak up to 1 mm long; pedicels 5–15 mm long (Lesica et al. 2012. Manual of Montana Vascular Plants. BRIT Press. Fort Worth, TX).
