Stemless Mock Goldenweed - Stenotus acaulis
Mat-forming. Stems simple, erect, subscapose, 2–12 cm, mostly glabrate. Leaves mainly basal; blades oblanceolate 1–4 cm long, mostly glabrate, sometimes minutely ciliate, becoming linear on the stem. Involucres 7–12 mm high; phyllaries lanceolate, acute, white below with green tips, glabrous, viscid. Rays 5 to 13; ligules 5–11 mm long. Disk corollas 5–8 mm long, glabrous.
