General Description
Biennial or short-lived perennial. Stems erect, 2–25 cm. Herbage villous. Leaves spatulate, 1–4 cm long. Involucre hemispheric, 9–20 mm high; phyllaries ciliate, sparsely strigose, scarious-margined. Rays blue to violet; ligules 8–17 mm long. Disk corollas 4–6 mm long. Achenes 3–5 mm long, pubescent (
