Range Comments
BC to CA, inland to central BC and northern ID, occasionally in and west of the Cascades, and increasingly rare inland. (McCune & Geiser 1997, Brodo et al. 2001). Reported outside North America in the Carpathian Mountains in Europe (Brodo and Hawksw 1977), and in Norway (Holien 1986, Gjerlaugh 1987).
