General Description
The genus, Acentrella are small mayflies (blue-winged olives) that are common in medium-large cool-water systems such as the Missouri and Yellowstone Rivers, but can also appear in smaller, cold-water trout streams that have some siltation and de-watering problems, as this genera is more silt-tolerant than some other mayflies.
