General Description

The Wood Stork breeds in southeastern Georgia and southern South Carolina and is a year-round resident of Florida (Coulter et al. 1999). In Montana, the Wood Stork is an accidental species with two records from the early 20th century (Montana Bird Distribution Committee 2012).
