General Description
Bulbs ovoid, solitary or clustered; outer coat membranous with hexagonal reticulations. Scapes terete, 3–10 cm. Leaves 2, channeled, sometimes falcate, 1–3 mm wide, persistent. Umbel compact, hemispheric with 8 to 25 flowers; pedicels 5–15 mm long; bracts 2, ovate, acuminate. Flowers white to rose with green midveins; tepals 5–8 mm long; ovary nearly crestless; stamens included. Seed surface smooth (

Range Comments
