General Description
Bulbs ovoid, solitary or clustered; outer coat membranous with hexagonal reticulations. Scapes terete, 3–10 cm. Leaves 2, channeled, sometimes falcate, 1–3 mm wide, persistent. Umbel compact, hemispheric with 8 to 25 flowers; pedicels 5–15 mm long; bracts 2, ovate, acuminate. Flowers white to rose with green midveins; tepals 5–8 mm long; ovary nearly crestless; stamens included. Seed surface smooth (Lesica et al. 2012. Manual of Montana Vascular Plants. BRIT Press. Range Comments
OR to MT south to NV, UT and CO. Known from Park County (Lesica et al. 2012. Manual of Montana Vascular Plants. BRIT Press. Fort Worth, TX).
