General Description
Stems 3–10 cm high. Leaves glaucous, short-villous, all basal; blades twice ternate; ultimate segments overlapping, 2–10 mm long. Flowers solitary, erect, borne near the ground; sepals blue, 10–20 mm long; petals light blue with straight spurs ca. 10 mm long. Fruits glabrous, 10–20 mm long with long beaks (
