General Description
Stems 20–50 cm tall, not bulbous at base. Leaves: blades 4–7 mm wide, sheath subtending the inflorescence inflated, ligules 1–4 mm long. Inflorescence 1–6 cm long and 5–13 mm wide. Spikelets 3–4.5 mm long. Lemmas 2–2.5 mm long (Lavin in
