General Description
Stems prostrate to ascending, 10–20 cm, numerous from a woody, branched caudex. Leaf blades ovate to suborbicular, 1–6 cm long, palmately or pinnately cleft almost to the base into 3 to 5 simple to lobed divisions. Flowers in short-pedicelate racemes; calyx 5–8 mm long without bracteoles; petals red-apricot, 10–20 mm long. Schizocarp 3–4 mm high, densely pubescent, 1-seeded (Lesica et al. 2012.
