General Description
Perennial from a branched caudex. Stems 4–25 cm, terminal and axillary. Basal leaves spatulate to oblanceolate, 5–25 mm long with mostly entire margins. Stem leaves lanceolate, weakly auriculate. Vestiture whitish, of dense, branched hairs. Petals purple, 5–7 mm long. Fruits spreading to pendulous, 2–5 cm × 1–2.5 mm, mostly secund; seeds narrowly winged in 1 row per locule (Lesica 2012.
