General Description
Taprooted, glabrous and glaucous annual. Stems erect, simple or branched, 5–15 cm. Leaves basal and cauline; the basal, petiolate, oblanceolate, 5–10 mm long; the cauline 5–15 mm long, lanceolate with clasping auriculate bases. Inflorescence an open, few-flowered, ebracteate raceme. Flowers white; petals 2–3 mm long. Fruit glabrous, erect siliques, 10–16 × 0.5–1 mm; style <0.2 mm long; seeds in 2 rows per locule (Lesica et al. 2012. Manual of Montana Vascular Plants. BRIT Press. Fort Worth, TX).

Range Comments
AK south to MT and CO; Asia. Our only collection was made 90 years ago in Beaverhead County; valleys. (Lesica et al. 2012. Manual of Montana Vascular Plants. BRIT Press. Fort Worth, TX).
