Stems 8–30 cm. Leaves 2–4, linear-oblong, 3–12 cm long, clustered near midstem. Flowers solitary, campanulate; tepals yellow, oblong, 1–2 cm long. Capsule erect, obovoid, 15–35 mm long, rounded on top (
