Distribution Comments
In the Rocky Mountains of British Columbia and Alberta; Alaska; Ontario; Newfoundland, New England, New York (Lawton 1971). Also the Great Lakes Region (Crum & Anderson 1981), Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Quebec, Manitoba, British Columbia, Yukon, continental Northwest Territories (Ireland 1982). In Great Britain (Hill et al 1994) and Fennoscandia (Nyholm 1954-69). Also known from Japan (Hokkaido, Honshu), Siberia, China, and the Himalaya (Noguchi 1988). Widespread in Europe, from Scandinavia (Nyholm 1954-69) south to France and northern Italy (Hill et al 1994).
