State Rank Reason (see State Rank above)
Pyrola minor is an uncommon, understory component of montane and subalpine, riparian or wet forests across western and central Montana. Population levels are poorly documented though they are believed to be robust enough that viability is not a concern. No significant and widespread threats to the species are known. Additional survey data is needed to be able to better assess population levels, habitat condition and potential threats.
