Phyllodoce glanduliflora is an occasional component of upper subalpine and alpine slopes and turf in the higher mounatins of western and central Montana. Population levels are poorly documented but appear to be relatively robust. The species' habitat is often remote with many areas within designated wilderness, as a result, no significant and widespread threats to the species are known.
General Description
Stems to 15 cm. Leaves yellowish-green, to 7 mm long; upper surface slightly convex without a medial furrow. Flowers: pedicel, calyx, and corolla densely glandular-hairy; calyx lobes lanceolate, greenish; corolla urn-shaped, the lobes very short, revolute, pale yellow; style included (Stickney in
