Stems solitary or few pseudoscapes, 0.5–8 cm, barely reaching above ground. Herbage glabrous. Leaves with long petioles, dilated basally, whorled at the top of the pseudoscape; blades ovate in outline, bipinnate, 1–10 cm long; ultimate divisions linear, uncrowded. Umbels usually several, dense; peduncles 2–12 cm long; rays 2–7 mm long; involucre absent; involucel bracts lanceolate, 2–8 mm long, united basally on one side of the umbellet.
