Pd is an invasive fungal pathogen that is not native to Montana and therefore is not assigned a conservation status rank.
 
General Description
Pd is a non-native pathogenic fungus that causes White-Nose Syndrome in bats, first detected in New York in 2007. It has subsequently spread eastward across North America and is found in most states and canadian provinces. The fungus was first detected in eastern Montana in 2019 and has slowly spread westward.
