Range Comments

CIRCUMPOLAR, WITH SPOTTY DISTRIBUTION. EDGE OF RANGE IN USSR IS ESTONIA WHERE IT IS RARE (PER JURI MARTINE, PER COMMUNICATION). EXTENDS TO MOUNTAINS OF NEW ENGLAND AND NEW MEXICO BUT NOT COMMON THERE.
