General Description
Annual. Stems erect, 20–50 cm, simple or branched below but not above. Herbage glabrous to pilose. Leaves alternate, oblong to spatulate, serrulate,15–30 mm long. Inflorescence a terminal compound umbel with leaf-like bracts, subtended by a whorl of leaves. Cyathia 2–3 mm long, villous, the 4 oval, yellow lobes without appendages. Capsule 2–3 mm long, smooth (Lesica et al. 2012. Manual of Montana Vascular Plants. BRIT Press. Fort Worth, TX).

Range Comments
Introduced in eastern and northwest U.S.; native to Eurasia. Known from Flathead and Daniels counties (Lesica et al. 2012. Manual of Montana Vascular Plants. BRIT Press. Fort Worth, TX).
